THE THREE MUSKETEERS
This exciting and funny new adaptation by Ken Ludwig (Lend Me A Tenor, Moon Over Buffalo) is based on the timeless story by Alexandre Dumas. In a tale of heroism, treachery and honor, d'Artagnan, a young Frenchman from Gascony, sets off for Paris to become a king's musketeer. A swashbuckling action comedy and an Oregon premiere! Rights pending.

PROMETHEUS

Popular Portland composer/performer Michael Allen Harrison brings his hot new musical to Lakewood for its world premiere. Co-written with David Bates, the story of Prometheus is about the legendary Greek who stole the sacred flame of the gods and gave it to man. This exciting new musical features ballads, big-band swing, children's choruses and ensemble arrangements. Zeus and the heavens ignite with this epic tale!

YOU CAN'T TAKE IT WITH YOU
At the zany Sycamore household, presided over by Grandpa Vanderhof, everyone does just what he or she pleases. The one "normal" family member is granddaughter Alice, who is in love with her boss, Tony Kirby. When Tony's stuffy parents come to visit, you can expect a few fireworks and even a police raid! Winner of the 1937 Pulitzer Prize for Best Play. Show Sponsor: The Bank of Oswego.

BELL, BOOK AND CANDLE
Before there was "Bewitched," there was the stylish and funny romantic comedy, Bell, Book and Candle. Gillian, a modern-day witch, decides to amuse herself by casting a love spell on her handsome young neighbor. Her life is turned upside-down when she gets supernatural assistance from her eccentric aunt and beatnik-warlock brother. An enchanting comedy that asks the question, "How much are you willing to change for the one you love?" Show Sponsor: Lakewood Center Associates.
A FLEA IN HER EAR

This venerable French farce with a new translation by David Ives (All In the Timing, Is He Dead?) received rave reviews with its recent Chicago debut. A young wife wonders if her husband is having an affair when she surreptitiously opens his mail and finds a strange pair of suspenders. What is her husband up to? Does he still love her? Mistaken identities, slamming doors and a hotel rendezvous are served up with frothy frenetic fun!

INTO THE WOODS

Once upon a time, a Baker and his Wife journey into the woods on a quest to lift a witch's curse. On the way they cross paths with Little Red Riding Hood, Rapunzel, Cinderella, and a menagerie of other fairy tale characters to  reveal what happens after "happily ever after." Stephen Sondheim's Tony Award-winning score weaves a magical spell with such bewitching gems as "Children Will Listen," "Giants In The Sky" and "No One Is Alone." Show Sponsor: The Dorothea M. Lensch Fund/Oregon Community Foundation.
