Prometheus premieres at Lakewood!

About the musical:

In 2005, Michael Allen Harrison composed and co-produced his first Broadway-style musical called Prometheus, a forty-two song all-libretto musical, with David Bates, writer/creator and co-producer. The music ranges from intimate ballads to rollicking big-band swing, from angelic children's choruses to enormous ensemble arrangements.

Single tickets will go on sale August 18th!

Prometheus is the legendary story of the immortal titan Prometheus, who stole the sacred flame of the gods and gave it to men on earth. When Zeus and the heavens ignite with vengeance and vow the demise of Prometheus and his children, audiences are wowed with a mythical tale of epic proportions.

Lakewood Theatre Company in Lake Oswego Oregon will be presenting the world premiere of Prometheus September 12 - October 19, 2008. Providence Health & Services has agreed to be one of our title sponsors. The theatre is seeking additional funds to help offset production expenses for this musical at Lakewood Theatre Company.
