Dear Artist,
2006 Artist Contract Now Available:
We also have available for the first time,
an interactive PDF version of the Artist Contract available for you to
download and complete. The form is interactive and designed so that you can
fill it out on your system before printing the required three copies.
This is an experiment this year to
accommodate those artists who have requested to have a contract available
prior to registration day. You can type your information directly onto the PDF
Artist Contract form.
PLEASE NOTE:
-
Each piece of art must have its own contract form.
-
You must
pre-print 3 copies
of each form for each piece of art and
bring it with you to the registration on June 18, 2006 from 1-4 PM at Lakewood
Center for the Arts, 368 S. State Street in Lake Oswego. Repeat: you must
print
3 copies ahead of time.
We will NOT be able to copy your
contract form on site.
-
