The Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts is an arts education event of Lakewood Center for the Arts. Its primary goal is to educate by promoting, supporting, coordinating and exhibiting the arts of the region. All exhibits will be open from June 22-24, 2012.Below is a listing of the 2012 exhibits.
- Photography: Pinhole to iPhone. Each year the Festival showcases a different type of art for its cornerstone Special Exhibit.This year's Special Exhibit will explore the evolution and innovation of Photography from traditional darkroom to digital and beyond.
- Fine Arts Craft Faire. Original quality fine art and fine craft in sixteen categories. Exhibit is displayed outdoors in George Rogers Park.
- Artist's Vision. The Artist's Vision Juried Show is now in its 13th year at the Festival. It has been a popular venue for both emerging and established artists in 2-D and 3-D arts.
- Open Show. The Open Show is one of the largest shows of its kind in the Pacific Northwest. The show displays work from emerging and professional artists. Everyone is welcome without a jury process.
