Ellen Bloodworth (Sarah, The Man Who Came to Dinner) is happy to be back at the beautiful Lakewood Theatre. She was last seen as the grand duchess in You Can’t Take It With You. Ellen has been a professional actor since she worked in summer stock at the age of 15. While in Portland, she has appeared at the IFCC theatre and the Bodega production of Wit. She has also worked in film and has done voice work. Ellen worked with Geraldine Page in the Studebaker Repertory Theatre in Chicago, the Pal Sills improv group, and with Mike Nichols and Elaine May of Second City. When in New York, Ellen was accepted into the Actors Studio but left for California, marriage and children. When those children grew up, she reverted to type and began acting once more.
