Recent Lakewood roles: John, The Man Who Came to Dinner (Nov. 2009)

Daniel Bunten (John, The Man Who Came to Dinner) is pleased to be working with such a talented group. This is his first show with Lakewood. Returning to the Portland theatre scene after several years’ absence, Daniel performed in the Broadway Rose summer productions of Jack and the Beanstalk playing “Stinky Ogre” and singing in the pit for Evita. Previously, Daniel worked with Portland Opera for seven years performing supporting roles and was a member of the Opera Chorus. He has taught at local theatre companies such as Portland Civic Theatre, Oregon Children’s Theatre, Northwest Children’s Theater, VAPA and Broadway Rose. Daniel has done shows with Portland Civic Theatre, Musical Theatre Company, Storefront Theatre, Tygres Heart Theatre and Oregon Children’s Theatre. Daniel has a degree in vocal performance from Willamette University.
