Boeing-Boeing at Lakewood Theatre is a robust summertime farce that will lift your spirits. The classic 1960s French comedy by Marc Camoletti, which recently enjoyed successful Broadway and London revivals, brightens the Lakewood stage, thanks to Alan Shearman’s detailed direction. Every movement is choreographed within an inch of its life, and each character is a delectable exaggeration. After all, that’s what farce calls for, big characters who are stereotypes, yet somehow unique to the actor who creates them.
