Festival Dates: June 24, 25 & 26, 2016
Thank you for your interest in working with our annual Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts.
The 52nd annual event is scheduled for June 24, 25 & 26, 2016. Work crews will be needed the week before the event and for one day after the event. Hours are determined by the supervisor of each event.
This page is designed to provide links to download a work application, W-4 form, and a I-9 form. All three of these forms must be filled out and turned in to your supervisor (or Festival office at Lakewood Center) before you are considered for employment. These forms must be turned in to your supervisor and/or Festival office prior to June 10.
Your supervisor will tell you if you are selected and what hours you will be needed.Please note: no one can be paid without completing and turning in the 3 required forms (application, W-4, I-9).

Time Card: When and/or if accepted for employment, you will need to fill out your time card and have it authorized by your supervisor for payment. Please note: payment is usually within 10-12 days after close of event.
Food: There are food vendors at Lakewood Center for the Arts and George Rogers Park. Please be sure to bring your own water bottle.
Transportation: Parking is extremely limited at the Festival. The Festival offers a complimentary shuttle system from designated lots during the event. Please do not plan to park at the Lakewood Center June 25 (preview night) or during the Festival dates open to the public (June 26-28). Here is a link to download a map for offsite parking (only for staff, volunteers and Art in the Park vendors - NOT general public) at Hallinan School.
About the Festival of the Arts: The Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts is an arts education event of the Lakewood Center for the Arts, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit arts organization. It is held the weekend after Father's Day each year and attracts 22-25,000 people. Contributions to the Festival are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Our tax ID number is 93-0700108.
Mission Statement: The Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts’ primary goal is to educate by promoting, supporting, coordinating, and exhibiting the arts of the region.
Location/Support: The Festival takes place at the Lakewood Center for the Arts and George Rogers Park, both on State Street in downtown Lake Oswego, Oregon USA. It is sustained by valuable partnerships with the City of Lake Oswego, Clackamas County Tourism and Development Council, the Chamber of Commerce, the Lake Oswego Rotary Club, the Lake Oswego School District, small and large businesses, the "Friends of the Festival," plus more than 500 volunteers who work throughout the year and the weekend to make the Festival the success it is.
